Siew Fong lived an active life throughout her 20s. She loved yoga, water skiing, tennis and cycling. Her bi-annual ski trips were always a highlight. Yet despite her love for fitness, she never felt healthy. Her physiotherapist would tell her she had the body of a 60-year-old. Siew found inspiration on her quest for health back in 2006, when she first learnt of the teachings of Shaolin Zen wisdom.
