Meet Nidhi from Cocoa & Chilli! When she is not cooking she is dreaming about what to cook! While pastry is her discipline, savoury food is her stress-buster. Nidhi's approach in all her cooking is to utilise fresh, local, sustainable food: she focuses on real food with real ingredients.
Nidhi worked for a TV channel in India. When she moved to Australia, she had a shot at redefining her career. She decided to fulfil a lifetime dream of becoming a pastry chef and studied at Le Cordon Bleu in Melbourne. She is now pursuing her love of both food and food photography and says it's all coming together to create the work she loves.
